"Overall, staying here has been pleasant. The building manager and staff from Anson Group are mostly friendly. However, I don't understand their suggestion to chat on WeChat if you have any questions. Please note that they rarely read or respond to your inquiries there. It's best to send an email or call the office if you need assistance. The location is great, close to Burwood station, but be cautious as some staff may provide incorrect information regarding taxes and you may end up paying more than necessary. This situation is quite frustrating. I highly recommend contacting the office via email if you wish to avoid any extra charges. It seems that the management is not handling this well . I hope the management team takes a look at this comment as it provides suggestions for improvement"

"Disgusting place to live! Really it has become toxic and an appalling building to live in. Originally it used to be good under first building manager, now it is run down, dirty, and taken over by pets. The noise and disturbances here are next level, a main entry gate that has been broken for months slams so loudly day and night. Managers solution to skipping out on repairs, leave a sign to ask residents to close gate quietly. Of an afternoon/evening the noise of this gate repeatedly slamming is oppressive. Now for dogs, wow it sound like the council pound at feeding time here, dogs bark so loudly day and night, some residents having several barking profusely at times. Most of the time you need to keep your doors and windows shut. Late night yahoos yelling at the top of their lungs drunk or partying can be heard many nights. All wooden floorboards here so learn to love the stomping of your upstairs neighbour, even kitchen bench chopping resonates at extreme levels through the paper thin floors. Dirty bin rooms, residents here have no respect for their fellow mankind. Trash that is not meant to be left there is, rotting garbage lazily dumped in recycle bins versus the shoot. Pet waste and kitty litter poured directly from tray into shoot and spayed all over the floors and just everywhere. Outdoor grass is dead, brown and stinking from all the pet toileting that goes on. Elevator floors are constantly swimming in dog urine as the numerous pets freely go to the toilet wherever they want (except their owners apartment of course) Exorbitant and rude rent increases, last notice was an increase of $230pw, who's wages go I by that much a week? I wish mine did. Then they charge for water and excess usage and are good at banking them and delivering in a lump sum due to inept admin office. Please note you don't have to pay any water rate older than 3 months from Sydney Water date of invoice issue, so tell them to stick it. They rely on predominantly non argumentative residents here to never challenge these things. Finally the mailroom. Best get yourself a parcel locker at Strathfield post office as mail gets stolen here regularly. Your amazon delivery can be left anywhere in this place, outside gate, inside gate or if you're lucky the mailroom. I can't wait to leave this place, overpriced hovel that is quickly turning ghetto!"
