"Service is friendly & efficient. Whenever we asked for more linen, the staff delivered within 5 minutes. Room service is not too bad for the price you pay for items on the menu. The rooms smell clean when first entering. Beds & furniture tidy. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious - would prefer a bit more lighting in the bathrooms. The location was only a short trip from the main centre in Burwood that a shared Didi didn't make a dent in the bank account. Parking building close to elevator with plenty of parking. Overall, would recommend this place, especially for the price & last minute plans we made."

"Location is good Room tidy WiFi cut in and out Paid for room with Foxtel that didn't work. When asked reception to please fix issue or refund was told can't fix today and can't offer refund. Bathroom shower curtain covered in black mould Couple arguing in room next door all night Vomit in the walkway which they didn't seem to be worried about cleaning too quickly. Wouldn't stay there again. Felt ripped off"

"Air Cond doesn't work. Wife went down to reception and was told it's not that hot today but room is small and gets stuffy during the night. Black Rubber mats outside rooms being blown around spoke to reception of possible trip hazards during the night hours told they will inspect shortly. Woke up next day and nothing was done. Mats still in pathway on first floor path is only 1 meter wide with a 1 meter high hand rail then a drop to the ground below. Flush the toilet and you get a very loud whistle while toilet fills with water. Gave them 1 star because the room service woman was ever so polite and the room was clean. This demeans the Holiday Inn name. Have stayed in a few other Holiday Inns and they all were of high standards. Recommend you only use this place as a last resort."
