Situated next to the iconic Randwick Racecourse and approximately 1.5 kilometers from UNSW, Cowper Street Apartments provide the perfect balance between proximity to campus and a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the lecture blocks.

Built in 1994, our establishment comprises 37 five-bedroom apartments, each offering an average room size of approximately 10 to 12 square meters. Unlike typical university-style accommodations, Cowper Street Apartments provide a suburban living experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local Australian lifestyle.

Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable bed, chair, desk, and wardrobe. Our residents share common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with their fellow residents. The living room features a cozy sofa, and the kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including a microwave, oven, and fridge. However, please note that you will need to bring your own cutlery and cookware if you plan on preparing your own meals.

Our contract period for the upcoming year is from 19 May 2023 to 11 December 2023.
