"Really poor quality apartment. Experienced heavy rain leakage in the bedroom and living room. Carpets remained soaking wet and there was mould growing underneath. Health and safety hazards."

From start to finish, meeting Brooke and her team and being shown our apartment, this very quickly became our home away from home. We love the neighbourhood, love the staff, who look after us and have just been really happy here. Brooke particularly has been a legend during lockdown - always looking out for us, helping out with packages and just a friendly face in what has been a really tough year. Can't speak more highly of this place. Our renos are still ongoing so we are here for the time being and loving it for summer."
"We've been there 6 years and just moved out. We were truly sad to move but I can say we had a really good 6 years there. Stayed in two separate apartments and have always been happy. I don't understand why all the reviews are bad. I've found management to be efficient and prompt. I echo what the latest reviews says, you get treated the way you treat people."
