"They close in 35 minutes and have a lot of fish products left over from the morning at 9am. The guy wanted to charge me $8 for 3 tuna rolls - I thought he had said $4 for 3 rolls. When he said $8 I asked for my money back. No way am I paying the price they normally are after they’ve sat there for 9.5 hours. I’ll go elsewhere"

"The sushi is good, but there's a few elements which annoy me about that place. It is unreasonably expensive, it's a dollar cheaper to get a sushi roll from Flinders St than in this joint 14km out of the CBD. When you pay for something the tap on reads the advertised price but if your bank account there is a sneaky 1% surcharge which I imagine would soar during holidays. There's some very fine print warning you of that behind the register, but it's a reasonable expectation that what the card reader reads is how much I pay. The Bento Box had a little tub of algae and squid salad, but half the volume of it is occupied by lettuce hidden underneath. It's a 20 dollar meal, it's outrageous to pull dishonest tactics like that, and the shredded carrot that surrounds all the salmon and sticks to it is plain infuriating. I'm here for sushi, not wilted produce. The drink fridge doesn't have a single pricetag, but they aren't cheap. To reiterate, the sushi is decent, but the produce to make portions look bigger and gheb"

"Probably the worst sushi I've ever had. I am 99% sure it was from the day (or days) before. Rice was hard and the fish of one of the handrolls smelled iffy. It was also the most expensive sushi I've had in a while. Unless you want food poisoning, I'd avoid this place."

"This place deserves more than the given score. I've only had fresh sushi rolls here. Price is the same as sushi hub and everywhere else. My 13 months old love sushi. Good place. Nothing to complain about."
