"I ordered 2 Pizza's at 4.47pm. At 5.35pm the Pizza's had not arrived, so I called them. I was told the driver was late and had left 6 minutes ago. I live 5 minutes away, so I waited. By 5.50pm they still hadn't arrived. I was given other excuses but no apology. I was told they would make 2 fresh ones and they should be about 15 minutes. The delivery driver rang me to find out my address which had been written down incorrect. So after 1hour and 20 minutes I finally received my Pizza's, still with no apology or anything to compensate me for the inconvenience. This was the first and last time I will ever order from Pizza Hut. Thank you"
"I had the worst experience today. I ordered chicken supreme pizza in large with buffalo wings.Mainly, I couldn’t find a single piece of pineapple and capsicum in that whole pizza whereas all I can have and see is generous amount sliced onions, few chicken toppings and few tomatoes. I was not expecting this and isn’t worthy enough for what I have paid. This could be my first and last order. Really disappointed…."

Owner and manager are very professional.. made a mistake in my order, admitted it by themselves and made fresh pizzas for me and gave me a free drink.. Point is they could have easily let me take pizza home without telling me...Pizzas were delicious and will go again..."
