"I walked into Razorhurst Barbershop today without a booking. Immediately I was greeted by Alex. Without an appointment, Alex was able to make time to fit me into a gap in the schedule. I appreciated the early acknowledgement and that he would be able to cut my hair soon. Alex clipped my hair and shaved my face. He did a great job. It felt like he went above and beyond despite the small time frame he had available. The barbershop had a great feel and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back again. Thank you."
"I'm hesitant to leave bad reviews, but I feel this is justified. The owner of Razorhurst verbally abused me on the phone in a way I have never experienced before. It was, quite literally, the worst customer service experience I've had. He yelled at me because I called to cancel an appointment 2 hours before (due to a medical issue). I specifically apologised, and offered to pay for the full appointment numerous times before he said anything. In response (and even after I offered to pay the cancellation fee), the owner aggressively accused me of lying about my reason for canceling, and interrupted and yelled at me. He then followed up by sending me several inappropriate text messages to my personal phone, accusing me of lying, noted that I was in "primary school", and threatening that he was going to "leave feedback to other barbershops" about me."
