"Please be careful with their social media… Booked an appointment 6 months in advance in preparation for my wedding due to their extremely limited availabilities. Contacted their receptionist first to understand their booking terminology of glazed hair as advertised as I wanted to do a lighter hair colour like the glazed instagram posts. Was directed to book a glaze as that implies both the hair colour and shine factor. Of course on the day turns out that it didn’t imply a hair colour and they offered to put some face framing highlights and tint my hair instead. I would’ve preferred they offered to rebook me in for another time to achieve the look that I was after. 4 hours later I walked out with very strong blonde face framing highlights, orange roots and darker hair - the complete opposite of what I was after. Went back in for a toner in an attempt to fix which they did not charge for, but it did not fix much at all. On both occasions there was no apology made for the inconvenience and distress this caused me prior to my wedding. The explanation I received was our receptionist would have not said that and that our staff are trained on all our service definitions. Please advertise clearly on your social media, all your latest posts have been about glazed hair which has obviously involved hair colour from the before and after. If you’re calling it latte glaze or chocolate glaze, to any person that implies that the glaze includes a colour. You need to be clearer with your service terminology. Will not be coming back here."

"I was sucked in by their social media and was excited to give them a try. I came in with light hair and asked for a chocolate latte glaze, I got the complete opposite. My hair ended up being really dark and then they were trying to convince me that their lighting wasn’t good enough and to wait for daylight. Then I was told this colour looked better on me anyway. Clearly there was a miscommunication somewhere but the photo I showed them did not match at all. Then the owner came to confront me about the briefing and what was agreed to. I felt very intimidated and didn’t quite like the approach to resolving the issue. Then I was told to pay more to go lighter. Which didn’t make sense cause I already came in with light hair. I just agreed with them in the end just because I was tired and wanted to leave. I was sitting there 8months pregnant from 2pm - 6:30pm and I feel like I paid $450 for just a bunch of toners, a fringe cut and a blowdry. Definitely not worth the money and not going back. If you really cared about customer satisfaction then I would offer some sort of restitution like a refund."
