"Did an ok job with the top of my head, but I asked for a tidy up of my beard and the barber just dove in with the clippers. While we did have some communication difficulties, the beard itself looked like it had been attacked by a rusty lawnmower and most of it was gone. If he had just slowed down and checked in while he was hacking, it might have been avoided. The fade I asked for was also pretty average."
