"I've given this place a good few goes over the last few years; think around a couple of years gap between each visit as I'm always unsure about how it is after each visit. I can now say definitively that it is not worthwhile visiting here. I'll just write about my last experience which was a visit for Picosure (not cheap at all). I was sold on getting a Pisosure "deal" - yes this place is pushy - and I was told that my very big yet light sunspot on my face would most definitely vanish after just one session. This did not occur. I have tried talking to the centre about it but nothing came out of it. Basically they don't deliver what they promise. So unless you're prepared to be promised the world and get maybe 1/4 of what you're expecting in return, then go for it. Otherwise you're forever wasting money on them not knowing what exactly you got out of it"

"Convenient location and very professional staffs, they explained and clarified every steps to me. I tried the extraction, it is pain-free and help to remove all white/black head! I keep looking at my skin after the treatment, will definitely come back:)"

"I've been a loyal customer for them almost a year. I did my extraction and peeling here. I do agree they have skills and some experience,but the service support is really not friendly at all . I had an appointment made, and a day before, my household all got sick, and I started to feel unwell. I contacted them as ask for reschedule. As in I'm being responsible person not spreading viruses. But they said it was fine, I can try to attend. The next day my symptoms getting worst, sore throat ,fever with sniffing nose. And I sent them my medical certificate and really asked for reschedule. But they just charged me for 50 dollars without showing. I'm so upset about the action they have taken. I respect the rule and regulations, and I did informed I'm not feeling well so I wanted to reschedule. Even it's past 24h, but definitely in between 22h. I didn't expect to catch the virus and I choose to do the right things. But ended up their business side just charged me for that. Personally, rules applied to protect the business and I've been customers for so long, was a VIP package, they know I never no show for once. and because of this one accident and due to my sickness.they just choose to get the money from me even though they knows my situation a day before.. I don't think it's moral action to do so. It is not a friendly place. Another thing as well, this place charged man/gentleman customer for extra money, they said different sizes of face and can need extra care. I do see women's with bigger face than mine, so it's not gentleman friendly, very stereotypes , no equality. Lastly, I did a chemical peels here, and a section on my face is really bad , the barrier of the skin broken down. I'm still trying to careful on it, as they said it would be recovered after weeks.but it's been months. And the sensitive areas isn't recover,and I have to spend money on other doctor for special care on that face area. their judgement somehow didn't match up with their experience, I won't risk my face here again. After all these considerations, I WILL NOT recommend anyone I know to this place, money oriented service, not considerable service, and not a good risk to take. To risk my health."

"I’d recommend their Chatswood branch as the aesthetician there did a better and thorough cleaning and extraction on my face. The one in the city was rushing and failed to extract a lot of parts on my face ended up having bumps on other pimples that she just scraped but did not extract. Chatswood branch takes time to extract. Downside as well is they’d hard sell you their expensive mask all throughout the facial session. Like you cannot relax being sold their mask while doing your facial. Paid extra $170 for a mask that didn’t even make me feel refreshed or see any difference compared with a cheaper mask. It seems like a thin watery paste that just has this Lavender smell. Should have just gotten a better mask or chem peel outside with the same price that actually works."

"I just had one of the truly best extraction facials I’ve ever had! It was pretty much pain-free. (let’s be honest, they’re never painless, but this was pretty damn close!) I’ve walked out of there with really clean looking skin, she even shows you everything she takes off on the tissue, which is so satisfying! treated with care, super gentle, super friendly, definitely worth checking out for yourself!"
