"we have bought recliner tickets twice now to watch the Matildas play. First time was the quarter final, when purchasing tickets we were not required to choose which recliners we wanted to sit in so was first in best dressed when we arrived which was fine. Second occasion, the semi final, we were required to choose our seating when purchasing, this I assumed would mean that these were the seats we would sit in, apparently not. Upon arrival some members of the audience were told it was not allocated seating and their must have been something wrong with the system so people who were looking for their seat that they chose when they bought their tickets were confronted with others sitting in them and a very disappointing response from not only the young staff members but from Sam, the manager on duty that night. As for the state of the recliners I wouldn't pay to watch a movie there and only went for my football mad daughter to enjoy the game on a big screen without having to take her to a pub or club"

"Narellan cinemas is equivalent to the lowest class cinemas, at a top tier price. Recliner seats are broken with wood digging into your back, half the seat don’t even recline, cup holders that are just complete holes to the ground and seats covered in stains. The staff are all too busy checking Snapchat and Facebook on their phones to actually clean the place or speak to people. The toilets are all broken and left a mess (see photos. It was left like this from 7pm to 11pm). They book out cinemas for fifa World Cup, meaning the next movie misses 20 minutes of their movie and refusing to restart the movie despite their own error. The owner should really pay attention to this place rather than leaving it in the hands of teenagers."

"Was great but many of the recliners were broken when I came to see a movie with my folks last week. People kept moving. They’re also really worn and often dirty these days. Not worth the increase in $ in my opinion."

"Watched Guardians of the Galaxy 3 today as my son took me for my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the cinema and toilets were. I had stopped going as previously they were not up to standard. I will definitely be back soon. The movie was fantastic."

"Always loved Narellan Cinema! Love the price, the food and the overall experience. It is quite nostalgic to have ushers at the front guiding you to your cinema door and ripping the tickets. Added bonus is that there are recliner seats and another level for normal seating"
