When the staff checked whether they had what I needed when I placed the prescription, showed me the box then told me to wait. It didn't need to be made up, mixed, put into doses! This has happened numerous times. I will not be going back."

"Went to last weekend to chemist warehouse airport west store. The supervisor Lydia was so rude and argue with me the point which is not in the policy. Very very bad customer service! Can’t believe she is the supervisor! Is that because she is good at argue with customers and make things difficult? I went to so many different stores and never being treated like this. "After waiting for good 20min the Pharmacist didn't sign my declaration form. I had to tell him 4th time that Trust Deed doesn't have original.
