"I had been a regular customer at this store until recently. Went in to purchase snails for my beta tanks. Laura had no knowledge of snails being able to go into a beta tank (which is understandable) 4 snails were DEAD at the bottom of the tank she pulled out 4 others & stated she wasn't sure if they were alive or not but thought so after probing them with her finger nail so I took her word for it. After a day & night in my beta tanks it was clear they were dead. I returned back to the store with them the following day to get a refund. The lady at the counter was quite rude & INSISTANT I wait in the aquarium area (for what reason I have no idea) she said that there were no refunds to go & read the sign. The sign read no refunds on FISH, clearly a snail is NOT a fish & secondly Laura did NOT mention anything about not being able to get a refund, after returning them she simply placed the dead snails back into the tanks for the next customer to buy. My boyfriend was not happy seeing her do this & insisted we take the dead snails back so that the next customer wouldn't be ripped off & taken advantage of. Quite a few dead fish in their tanks after closely looking don't waste your time here. There is no parking & the staff are rather rude. Laura rather than state you "think" they are alive you should of advised against buying them & disclosed there was no refund. No afterpay available if you prefer to shop with it obviously untrained staff. The store is cluttered & not all items are priced so you will be charged whatever they tell you. As for the other staff member she could not of cared less & was talking to another paying customer making light about my situation & said she didn't care if we came back or not. It was a $13.50 purchase, do the right thing !!!!!! More importantly sell LIVING animals !! You guys should be ashamed"
"I've had a really positive visit today, they have a great variety of products for dogs, cats, small animals and fish! They also stock some rarer products that other pet stores don't stock. Next door is a DIY dog wash and a pet laundromat. Small on site 5 car Carpark for your convenience. Staff are really friendly and answered all questions I had about products. Will definitely be back!"
