"Had a digusting inhuman experience with poo Jennifer Price where she gaslight and blamed me for my cat's death. Started off calm where I asked her on the phone about questions which later on she said come in person. So I did went in and asked what if I went with the 1k checkup because that's all I wanna know. She started telling me cats died all the time, that if I went with the checkup they might ended up sending it to another vet that will cost me another 10k, which is funny my 1k checkup listed hospital in it why would they send it to another vet? Also she said it happened on a Sunday that nobody will be here after 12. Isnt this a 'hospital' and doesn't this place have 'emergency'? Sound like this place is a fraud and it doesn't make sense right? Then Jen started changing her tone and starting accussing me of abusing my cat, (if I abuse him why would I came to the vet), blamed me for going on vacation said it was my fault that this happened. Then opened the door telling me to leave that I was wasting her time (even thought she was the one telling me to come) and said I have issues. Of course I have issues Jen if you have any empathy in you. I just lost my best friend/family member suddenly who I had for over 10 years since he was a 3month kitten. He just suddenly becaming ill shaking which I have never seen before. I came 1st thing in the morning they told me to put him down or do a 1k checkup. I asked to take him home and give me more time which they refuse or they will get the cops involved and telling me to hurry up because they close at 12. Yeh I admit I have trouble with money because it's mid year 2023 where all the prices went up and even if I went with the checkup who knows how much they gonna charge me. And it sucks that I'm from the working class not a scammer that rips off people like "someone". Don't recommend this place this owner/vet is manipulative gaslighter indian women who said she's from "Kenya" who probably just scams people like her kind (basic subhuman behaviour). And I know people who said this vet is shady. Then again its my fault for trusting your kind to begin with, I should have just walked out the moment I saw your face and spend the time traveling to another vet."

"I have been bringing my cat Maddy to Campsie Veterinary Hospital for a while now, and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Jenny and the wonderful nurses (Lisa and Elisha). They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have always felt confident that Maddy was in the best of hands. However, recently Maddy's health deteriorated rapidly and she needed to be put to sleep. Throughout this difficult and emotional time, the team at Campsie Veterinary Hospital provided support, guidance and compassion. I am truly grateful for their exceptional care. The lovely card they sent afterward was a touching gesture that meant a lot to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such extraordinary care of Maddy."
