"The girl name gee in bottle shop is very rude to me . I am regularl customer there . I wont go there anymore. Pls tell your staff to be nice with customer."
"I've been there a number of times and enjoyed it please feel free to go there and take the kids out for dinner I'm sure you'll enjoy it."
"I had been to this place once before about 2 years ago. I paid cash for my room to the guy at the front desk at the hotel, he also asked to me to pay a credit card deposit for the room, which I did. I was also told the money would be paid back into my account (the deposit never came back) after many calls to the hotel, they said the deposit will be paid back, the money never came back. So why did I go back and book this hotel again (HOW SILLY WAS I). The hotel was very close to where I had to go for a function. I was very reluctant to do it again but I did. (HOW SILLY WAS I). This time when I got to the hotel I was informed that the hotel was booked out and my room was booked for the Monday the 3rd of July, not Saturday the 1st of July. This hotel for me is a defiantly no-go zone. So, if you are going to book a room, or go the kitchen, or go to the bar, or deal with the staff, I will be saying. (HOW SILLY ARE YOU).. I gave this hotel a one star only because you have to give it a rating..... Phil."
"Pleasant stay. Electronic entry doors to the room. I loved their cleaned linen. It was fresh, white, and crispy. It felt brand new. The television had a variety of channels to choose from. The was the wardrobe space with some cost hangers. A desk was provided as were mall hair necessities such as shampoo and conditioner. Internet service throughout. The shared bathroom had a hair dryer. The water in the shower was cold. Renovations have been ongoing for a month now, so this could have been corrected. Renovations were also going on during my stay to the floor I was staying on. The hot water issue could now be irrelevant."
"I am a very flexible, patient and understanding person, this is the first time I have bothered to give a bad review about anything or anyone in my entire life. I have just mooved in the area, but I will never ever ever go to this place again and they can thank the young security guard for this, further more I will make a complaint to the security company that employees him as soon as possible. To keep it simple, my partner and I had dined there for the first time a few days agoo as we had just moved to the Canterbury area about 1 month ago ; in fairness I must say the foods were very, very good; although, in the gaming room an horrible experience began ; the staff seemed to pay attention and to be friendly only to some and only if asians. We waited 10-15 minutes but nobody brought Raquel her first gin and tonic as we had requested, whilst we played the machines; we accept and understand mistakes can happen and that sometimes a waitress can forget. While in a very good mood, Raquel went to the the unattended bar to request her drink again, that is when a security guard of middle eastern apperence said exactly this to her : " What do you want ? Nobody is here now, are you blind, you must wait for the girl here or at the machine or you think you are special, tell your man to get up and get you a drink, he is not gambling, you are gambling". Raquel was extremely offended by his comments and behaviour as she did not request anything from him as she was waiting patiently as usual as she is a very patient and easy going person. The conduct of the body builder, stuffeshire look alike, young security guard was very unprofessional and assuming. What caused us to post this comment is that after those horrible comments, the insulting ignorant "dribled his testosterone" over my lady and followed her around everywhere she went to play for 20 minutes as I was outside outside to take a client phone call. We left before our night began as Raquel's request. She only told me the story when we got home where she would still fill extremely traumatised and she admitted she had felt uncomfortable and intimidated I believe that the assuming and arrogante security guard has watched too many action movies in his life and he had abused the little authority he has in the most unprofessional way. I think he should not have a security licence and he should consider a carrer labouring or a job where the contact with women especially and with the public is not really necessary. We will never ever come back or recommend this place to anyone"
