"While the view and location are amazing - I would not stay here again. I had to contact the after hours number during our stay with a question about our key and whoever answered was clearly disgruntled and annoyed. They ended up hanging up on me without even saying good bye. Also made the mistake of asking one of the residents for help thinking they were a fellow guest (he was extremely rude and condescending) was definitely a turn off. Huge dirty stain on the carpet in our room and other areas were not clean. It would be nice if they could provide some water in the fridge and some toiletries instead of a tiny single milk and two slithers of soap that would fly away in the wind. Just before checking out my partner went to take our recycling to the bin as requested but when he entered the room the door locked behind him. He had to exit the back of the building and run around the whole block to get back to the main entrance. I called the desk to let them know we will be a few minutes late to check out because of that but they still sent someone up to find out where we are at 10:03. The lady working at reception when we checked out yesterday held our bags while we went to the aquarium which I do appreciate a lot. Again I'll say great view and location but I would not stay again in the future."

"Our stay was fantastic. We had the two-bedroom apartment that was the right decision for us, the apartment had plenty of space to be comfortable. Communication and process with Milson Serviced Apartments to rent the apartment was transparent and very professional, they gave me the opportunity to see the apartment before renting it and I really appreciate that. We had a service where they cleaned rooms, refreshed and restocked kitchen and toilets; and change towels and bedsheets, which made our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend the Milsons Serviced Apartments."

"We couldn’t believe our luck in finding this gem. Talk about location, location! Stunning views of Sydney Harbour and close to railway station and ferry, fabulous cafes, sightseeing, walks and amusements, the best of everything Sydney has to offer right on the doorstep. We were in apartment 83 which has been recently updated and is reminiscent of a classy New York apartment, with highest quality everything – a kitchen and bathroom to die for, plus king bed, gorgeous sitting room and balcony, and parking. My dream holiday."

"Good Location close to train and ferry straight into prime locations but cleanliness of the room is sub standard with dust in various parts of the room as well as staining on curtains and small stains on pillow cases. Cooking utensils I had to rewatch myself as they weren’t clean. You can also hear your neighbours showers and toilets being used as piping is very loud. Bed didn’t contain a fitted sheet and therefore you end up sleeping on the mattress itself during the night. You can also smell your neighbours cooking, burnt toast and fish smells through the corridor most nights. Wouldn’t recommend and extremely disappointed."
