"The worst barbers in town. Don’t go on the fake ratings they’ve got from their friends and family. They wouldn’t make a genuine effort to give you a haircut. Just there to make quick money. If I could I would give them a negative rating. Zero customer service, no etiquette on how to deal with a customer."

"Not worth $35. Went in on a Monday afternoon. 3 barbers on, 1 person waiting so not busy. The barber spent a total of 10 minutes giving me a skin fade to rush me off. It wasn't a quality cut or fade. You're better off going to plenty of other places at this price point."

"I have visited here yesterday with high hopes of getting a stylish and well-executed haircut. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I am feeling utterly disappointed and embarrassed by the disastrous haircut I received. From front view cannot understand much about the mistakes so I did not notice this from the shop. After reaching home and recheck the style,I literally shocked. From the moment I sat down in the barber's chair, it was evident that the person attending to me was more interested in rushing through the job than paying attention to the details. It seemed as though their primary objective was to finish as quickly as possible, completely disregarding the quality of their work. The end result of this rushed approach was an uneven and shapeless mess on top of my head. Instead of receiving a stylish and well-blended haircut, I was left with an uneven mess of different lengths. The entire experience has left me in an extremely uncomfortable position. I now find myself unable to step out in public with this shabby and unprofessional haircut. It's disheartening to have to deal with the consequences of someone else's incompetence. I had hoped for a professional and skilled barber who would take the time to understand my desired style and execute it with precision. Unfortunately, The Barber failed to provide even the most basic level of competence and customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit here to think twice and look elsewhere for their grooming needs. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make this establishment one to avoid at all ."

"I have attended this barbershop several times now. Never encountered any issues until now. This is by far the worst haircut I've had in my life. Unprofessional. You'd almost think the barber never learned the trade and just hacked away like Edward Scissorhands. I went in for a simple undercut that was to follow the clean lines I had as I am growing out my hair. I had a curved style cut, but I had no idea I would be left with mysterious shapes and lines instead. This particular barber cut with zero care doing as he pleased continuing to cut extremely roughly, snagging at my hair. He used a foil to clean the undercut (which I appreciated), but what I didn't appreciate was that he moved the foil up into my longer sections of hair, it got caught in the foil and ripped parts out from the folicle. While this was a painful and unprofessional haircut, my biggest surprise came when I got home. At this point I realised why I was not shown the haircut at the end in the mirror. The lines were completely jagged, destroyed and patchy. It made everything uneven and awful looking. It was a cut I needed before my birthday and it left me looking like I asked my 10 year old nephew to cut hair for the first time. It ruined 1.5 years of growing my hair because it looked absolutely horrible. I immediately had to go to a different barber and pay for a second haircut to correct the mistakes, resulting in losing a significant amount of hair in order to correct the mistakes of this "barber " and having to pay for a second haircut elsewhere. Discussing my horrific experiences with the barber who corrected it, he asked me not to mention where I got my haircut because he could guess where and by whom. His guess was completely accurate. It was mentioned to me that this isn't the first correction he has made for these unusual haircuts. If it is well known that this barber is incapable of either doing certain haircuts (which he should advise and request a colleague complete it), or simply cannot cut hair correctly, either retrain him or question why he is employed? I wasted $35 on a haircut that I realistically should not have paid for because it wasn't what I asked for, it was not professional and it also ruined my hair. Regardless of some positive experiences, this particular one has left a foul impression on the business, losing trust and damaging its reputation as a barbershop. I will not be attending this location ever again."
