"***On 01/08/2023, I am adding this comment as a reply to the owner's response below as there is no option to reply to that response. Below my comment is my own and very true experience with this business. After putting this review the owner rang me and was begging me to remove the review and also offered a voucher for my next appointment. I originally given them two stars and now making it one star. Absolutely, having seeing owner's reply, I never want to give any star for this place. Good businesses are taking customer reviews seriously and try improve their service to gain good review, instead trying to reply to true reviewers with totally untruthful comment. I wouldn't wonder, if the owner removes their response after seeing this. Also, I will not waste my time to reply owner's further untruthful comments, if any.*** ------------------------------------------------- I used to go there for full face wax. Normally they work on time. I had my appointment around 5.00pm. When I went there two more customers were inside. Two beauticians were there. One girl and one woman. (Sorry I dont know their names.) Then woman came and told me they have customers now. I told her that I have an appointment . She was telling me the appointment made by her boss. But it was not my fault . Then woman told me she can wax my full face only small area of cheeks , becauseI have pimples . I used to have pimples before and now have marks . Because I am waxing ages, I told her can take the responsibility . Then I was waiting there, I told them I dont want to pay for parking anymore , can I park my car in there customer parking . Then they opened customer parking for me. Around 5.30 still they were with the other customer . Then when Iasked how long will it take they told me half an hour or 20 mins. Then I asked them to car park because I want to leave. Then woman came for waxing . She told me she cant do threding, only wax, other one will do threding . When I asked she told she is beauty therapist and hair dresser but cant do threading . When she finished the other one came and did my threading , but I cant trust them like before."

"Would not recommend for hair straightening, product used was not a quality product- lead to fizzy hair in few weeks and a extreme hair fall. People are good but not a hair professional who is expert in using the right good quality hair products according to the hair. Have been getting hair straightening since 6 years now from 2 different hair experts but never had such extreme hair fall straight after hair straightening treatment."

"Firstly, the price is reasonable and affordable. However, the salon is very unhygienic and disorganized. I did waxing, and they left wax on my whole body. Pedicure - dry skin wasn't removed, and my legs don't look pedicured. Plus, they didn't even ask if I wanted nail polish. The hair color was a mishap. Half of the grey hair strands look untouched. If you want to save money, it's a shop to go to. If you want good service, this is the shop to avoid. They run the shop mostly with students and others who are not professionals - the reason the quality is terrible."
