The reason your shop is so empty is, because you've lost the trust of the Community a long time ago. Keep it up and you'll be out of business very soon."

"As a visiting pharmacy student from the USA, I had an amazing experience working under John and the rest of the staff at Imes Pharmacy. Everyone worked super hard to provide the best customer service, and I witnessed how well each of the staff knew their customers as soon as they walked in the door. Every day that I spent there felt like I was helping to contribute to the local community of South Melbourne, and I am so glad that Imes Pharmacy was able to create that sort of welcoming and warm environment.
