"Unprofessional staff, they put kids to serve people especially on the prescription counter. After getting the script and waiting for more than 25 mins, they discovered that the prescription is out of stock. And they are taking to you with provoking faces..dissatisfaction and hope from Chemist to open another branch near here to avoid getting punishment every time we need prescription."
