"A female staff from this cafe around 4:30pm served me a shake with a brownie. While serving she made the brownie fall on table and left straight away without being apologetic about it. I thought she ll replace a brownie therefore she left. She came back with a tissue and handed it over to me. She was of an impression that i should pick my brownie up with tissue for which i asked her and she replied rudely "Now what should i pick it up for you as well" and left. I went to the counter to get the brownie replaced to which she again saw me very rudely that "Now you want a whole new brownie in exchange!" I said obviously! She had no manners how to deal with the customers. Very dissappointing to say the least!"

"I took my son here as he received a voucher from this company as player of the match from his football team. On arrival I was told they are not honouring them as there were people turning up who didn’t play for the club. Firstly that is not my problem or my son’s who earned this. Why give them out in the first place if you have no intention of honouring them. B&B could have asked the club to provide a list of the names of the kids who play on the teams I would have been happy to provide his student ID. They were on proper card stock not just a piece of paper so not like they could just be photocopied. Also the music in store is really not appropriate when they have minors going in there, my son was not the only one. They also have a milkshake & brownie bar I certainly wouldn’t take my kids with that type of music playing. I still paid to get my sons hair done as he was so disappointed but I certainly will not go back. The guy who cut it was very nice & the cut was fine but really no different than anywhere else."

"I found Lachlan to be polite, skilled and patient because I didn’t really know what I wanted. He chatted easily with me throughout the appointment and didn’t comment once on the fact that I was a short haired lady in a barbershop."

"Great food options, good tasting food as well. Great drinks options too. Fast service. Clean environment. Most staff are nice and friendly. Except the one that took my order. Served cold brew to dine in, in a slippy cup as iced long black. Instead of understanding what I was expecting from a cold brew, the drink was slammed on my table and forced to accept it when I raised my curiosity with staff. Maybe there is a misunderstanding, maybe there was a miscommunication, maybe she was having a bad day neither justification her attitude. I was also told that I was probably used to something else from somewhere and expected something that they do not do. I am a simple man who can resolve any issues with simple communication. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. PS. I am not a reviewer that will only write negative reviews. I am regular Google reviewer that gets points and rewards from Google. "My daily go to. Coffee here is the best. They use Pablo & Rusty beans and they know how to make it right. The chef here is very accommodating for anyone with allergies or special diary requirements. Special mention to Jess the Barista she's the best hands down."
