"I never recommend this place. The house owner Laura is very Rude after getting the deposit. She shouts in calls. I am not sure if she is renting or giving the room for free."

"Worst experience with the owner Laura. She knows how to extract money from ppl without renting the property. She posted an ad in Gumtree. I contacted, done inspection and all went well. She asked to make holding deposit of 4 week rent. After I made the payment, she updated the ad with new conditions(3 months minimum stay). Hostels are for short Accomodations. I was looking for 1 month stay only. Finally she gave me 2 option. I should stay for 3 months. Or she will take 1 week rent from my deposit and return back only the remaining. Finally I lost the money I paid for 1 week rent. Good strategy to earn money without renting property. As proof, attached the images of Gumtree ad before paying deposit and after paying deposit."
