"The facilities are old - air conditioning doesn't work when more people are using it, and they mess up my reservation on an agreed room. Uninterested service from the staff. It is a good location though, and they were flexible enough to give me a refund when I chose to leave."
"Good for 1 or max 2 night stay, nice staff who went out of their way to be helpful. But had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper and tissues after room not being serviced after 4 days being there and had to empty trash ourselves as well. Maybe be good if they also cleaned under the beds as l dropped something under the bed and was horrified when I looked under bed to get it. Great location to trains, bus, food, shops."
