If you're unsure about our process, we are here to clear your doubts. Renting 2 Buy is a program that assists Australians in transitioning from renting to buying their own property, even with little to no deposit. Our experienced agents will guide you through a qualification assessment to determine your eligibility for the program. If eligible, you will be invited to attend a seminar or an open home where a real estate agent will provide detailed information about the property and assist you in the sign-up process. With Renting 2 Buy, there's no need to worry about saving up a deposit or upfront stamp duty fees for first home buyers.
Once the documentation is signed, you can expect to move into your new property within 6 weeks. In case any credit issues need to be addressed, the process may take 3-4 months. Our services cover various locations throughout Australia, with the exception of rural areas and commercial properties. Currently, we have properties readily available in the New South Wales region.
Rest assured that the properties we secure for you are based on your eligibility. We prioritize brand new or newly built homes and offer options such as freestanding houses, townhouses, and apartments, depending on your affordability.
To be eligible for our program, clients should have a taxable income, be below the age of 55, and be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident. If you have credit issues, don't worry! We can still assist you by engaging with our credit repair partners to help improve your debt or credit rating.

"We started with theses people about 3 yrs ago, we have now been living in our caravan for last 12mths and trying to get our money back. Sent emails no reply, phone goes straight to voice mail, leave a message get no reply. So they still have over $6000 of ours. Stay clear of these people."
"Totally unorganised. I had spoken to a few different people in different occasions but about the same topic. I got completely contradictory information from people from the same company. I think the information you get is just determined by what product that person wants to sell to you. They are not focused on the customer. And interesting enough, in the last contact with someone from this company, he said they don't offer rent to buy scheme (even though the company name is "Renting 2 Buy" :) ). Isn't this a scam if you create a name to sound like one kind of business but in fact you are doing something different?"
"I have dealt with this company for some time approximately 2 years. Initially they promised me that they can get me into the housing market asap. Foolishness and because am so desperate to own a house, I agreed to be deducted $400 per month to save for my house. Need less to say they kept on deducting $400 and eventually came to a total of $19,200. And still they could not help me out. They kept on asking me the same document again and again. Now that I was able to get my own house without their help, and asked for a refund, they say I am not eligible to get a refund. What a way to rob people of their hard earned money. This is a warning.
