"The staff at the hotel are truly fantastic. Mel, Matt, Nikil and Joanna all made us feel so welcome and were super helpful. Right from the start, through the easy check in process we were made to feel right at home. Throughout our stay it didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel but more like we were staying with friends. They provided great insights in to the city, what to see, where to eat, drink and how to get around. I've never stayed somewhere where the people had such a genuine vested interest in ensuring we had a great visit. The rooms we booked were great value for money, and were cleaned to a high standard.
