"If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I will never rent, buy or have any dealings with property manager Briana McDonald. She is by far the worst property manager I’ve ever encountered. She is unprofessional, has absolutely no sense of urgency, constantly ignores or forgets requests (I often have to send numerous follow up emails), gives you attitude when you do follow her up, is highly is inappropriate during inspections (wouldn’t remove shoes even though she was asked, held personal calls during the inspection, looked through and took photos of my pantry, kitchen drawers & cupboards where I store clothing). I understand agents must be thorough during inspections, especially if there are areas of concern, however is it really necessary you going through and taking photos of my clothing, kitchen utensils and pantry?? There were no issues with these areas to warrant this search. I felt incredibly violated. She has no boundaries at all."

"Maggie Zorlu was the agent for a house I bought at Nth Richmond in mid 2014 and nothing to do with her ever since. In July 2020 I listed that house for sale with another local agent. The day the property was listed I got the most passive/aggressive, unsolicited text message from Maggie demanding to know why I did not list with her, as if she had some right of passage. I asked her at the time to never contact me again. Fast forward 8 weeks to 9.30pm on Thursday night and despite asking her to never contact me again I got another unsolicited message from Maggie. This message had a condescending tone comparing the sale price of my 30 year old spec home to that of a new two storey home in a new estate. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for on both occasions. The text messages along with their tone and content proved to me I made the right decision in not giving Maggie a thought when I sold. No way would I recommend Maggie to any prospective vendors or buyers. For the record I sold with Cindy Cash from Ray White at North Richmond and have nothing but good things to say!"
