"Crooks, asked me over the phone if I was a local or passing though. This always raises the rip off alarm bells. Vet quoted me 700-800 for anesthesia and stitches. Robyn then tried to make be sign a fee estimate of 1200 after my dog was already put under, after I raised the vet quote she "saw what she could do" and brought it down to 800-1000 then charged me nearly 1100. So they got there in the end. Did as the vet advised and removed bandages two days after, I should have listened to my gut and kept it on because my dog of course pulled them out over night. Truly pathetic, typical of the only vet open Sunday in the area to take advantage of people."
"Decent and friendly staff. Appreciate having the service nearby."
"While visiting Three Sisters on Australia Day, our cavoodle boy Romeo suddenly had a noisy breathing. He appeared to be in respiratory distress and hence I made a quick search for nearby 24 hour emergency vet. Thank God! I found this vet clinic which was only about 8 minutes drive from Echo point. On arrival, Romeo’s tongue had already turned blue. Dr Amy handled the emergency very well. Her IV cannulation and intubation skills were amazing. Nurse Emma was also very gentle and efficient. Our family couldn’t thank enough to both of them from bottom of our hearts for saving our boy’s life. You two are legends! ♥️♥️"
"Very poor. I rang and explained an emergency issue I had regarding my dog, to which this after hours vet said definitely come in. When I arrived, I was told they cant do anything about it, i was given a number for someone who can 2 hours drive away from me and then charged $250 consultation fee. I explained to them exactly what had happened over the phone before arriving, yet they still did this when they could have said here is the number for someone who can help, because we can't."
"We found an abandoned cat on the side of the road over the weekend which was suffering from hypothermia, malnourished and distressed - Lucy the vet was an angel!"
