"Be careful when bringing lost pets here they refuse to hold and release your lost pets to strangers without taking down any information leaving up to chance for your pet to resurface. My puppy came in to them and they scanned her and sent her off with the finder’s without taking any of their information and told her to take her to the pound. I was contacted saying she was just there and they don’t have her anymore and told the finder to take her to the pound and took zero information from the finder. I waited at the pound immediately and she never arrived, I waited in that carpark for nearly two hours. In distress I called back to ask are they sure they didn’t get a name or a number said no. Pound advise to call again to see if there was camera footage to get a license plate to get a name of the finder. called back to ask and got hostile work staff asking to stop calling them already and that they did their due diligence. I told them they gave my puppy away to a complete stranger and she isn’t at the pound and I’m trying to follow all avenues to find her. Found her eventually no thanks to them and they had the nerve to comment on her lost post trying to blame shift on me, and tell me I made staff cry for calling them out on their obvious wrong actions. At the end of the day they failed miserably and couldn’t be bothered to follow simple protocols I missed the call by four minutes and was two streets from this vet no reason they couldn’t hold her. Do better"
"I cannot thank everyone at Wilberforce Vet’s enough. I haven’t been using this veterinary for too long as we only moved to Wilberforce just under 18 months ago, making my previous vet too far away for me to use. I have X2 Amstaffs, X1 Labradoodle & X1 Poodle who are my fury kids & constant companions as well as my Caincross team. Both Amstaffs have needed surgery with one needing a large Lipoma removed along with some teeth. I was getting quite worried regarding him as he hadn’t been himself for a while. After his surgery he has returned to being his adorable self, which has made me so very happy & relieved. All at the Vet Clinic were all more than helpful, very friendly & with very easy & clear instructions for pre & post care. My every experience here has been awesome as well as edifying with what I consider to be very reasonable rates. I have no hesitation whatsoever in the continuation of my veterinary needs here nor any hesitation in recommendations of their services. They even returned Oli’s “comfort” sock washed!…. I’ve never had a vet return a comfort item let alone a washed one!.. 110% on this one & you’ve well & truely got me now! To all at Wilberforce Vet, thank you from the very bottom of my heart & much love to you. I also hope to see you all soon, but not too soon, I hope & pray. Marino Marcotrigiano"

"We had our first visit today. It almost felt like a family visit. The way I was looked after there was Absolutely Perfect, Top Notch. I 100% Recommend taking your pets there, 100%"
"All the staff were friendly, kind, helpful and professional. We had a unwell dog who needed surgery ! The vet was very honest and patient with all the advice. Thanks to the team , our Choppa ( Puppa Dog) who couldnt even walk for a few days was up and running around in weeks. Highly recommended Wilberforce vet! Although it is a 40min drive from us , it is definitely worth the extra mile.Dr Greg Thompson and team are caring, friendly, attentive and doesn't cost and arm and a leg. Would highly recommend."
