"I’ve been using this vet for years, but I won’t ever be going back and it’s a real shame as I feel Dr. Carla Goldman is the best in the Hawkesbury. Sadly she wasn’t working today. I’m assuming this issue happened due to the incompetent receptionist. But I was waiting over an hour and was next to be seen to and yet the gentleman who was in 20 minutes after me was called in first. The vet that was in today was so slow. I certainly didn’t have time to sit there for another hour. What a disappointment this clinic has become."
