Welcome to Edward's Rose - Best Accommodation Yarra Valley, located in the picturesque town of Healesville on Edward Street. Our French-inspired, brand new house is just a 5-minute walk from the main street, offering convenience and comfort for your stay in the Yarra Valley.

With 3 master bedrooms and a fold-out bed in the lounge suite, our accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a great few days away. The lounge features a cozy red lounge suite, a 50" TV and DVD player, an open gas fire, ducted heating, and a split system for heating and cooling.

The dining room boasts a stylish glass top table that can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee machine, along with all the necessary crockery and cutlery. We also provide continental breakfast provisions including cereals, bread, milk, orange juice, butter, jams, Vegemite, coffee, tea, and sugar.

Each of our 3 bedrooms has its own unique styling, with all linen and towels provided. The queen-size beds are adorned with king-size doonas and electric blankets for added comfort. Bedside tables, lamps, and clock radios complete the cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom features a corner spa with a shower over it, as well as a vanity. The toilet is separate and has its own vanity.

Step outside into the backyard and you'll find two bench chairs, a coffee table, a gazebo, and an 8-seater table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. A large barbecue is also available for your use. The deck offers two chairs and a small table, creating a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the sunshine.

Our accommodation also features a large open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, providing plenty of space for relaxation and socializing. For your convenience, we provide a washing machine, dryer, iron, and board. Off-street parking is available, and entry is made easy with a key safe.

For those who need flexibility with their check-in and check-out times, early check-in and late check-out options are available at an additional cost of $20 per hour.

Please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to your stay will receive a 50% refund of the booking. Cancellations received within 4 weeks of the booking will not receive a refund.
