"While driving to my appointment I was called and cancelled. This was a good salon a few years ago but my last three appointments has been extremely disappointing. It’s now about pushing as many clients through as fast as possible. From my hair being dyed the wrong colour (they charged me to correct it ) to no hot water and then getting cancelled due to a double booking I will not be returning anytime soon. The salon manager was rude each time I spoke to her. At these prices you would expect a more professional service."
