MOB HAIR

"I have never felt so uncomfortable getting my hair done. I’ve been going to MOB for 2 years, I was always made to feel welcome and a valued & loyal customer, coming every 6-8 weeks. In recent months however there has been a big staff change over, and this has resulted in there being an unwelcoming atmosphere in the salon and I definitely felt like my stylist Gwen and the receptionist Dana were just after money and not interested in anything else. I was overcharged by $200 in June, because “another customer didn’t show”. I’m unsure of how that was my fault. Today, I was made to feel like I was in the principals office. Being sat down for a chat and especially when I asked how much it would be. (I did not want to be overcharged again, so I was making sure we were all on the same page!) Upon drying my hair I was asked “how it felt” I told Gwen I thought my hair was still a bit warm and not really what I asked for to which she responded “No. It all blends.” It does not and I’ve had to go to another salon to fix it. I presume other customers have sensed the same atmosphere change as me & have left as the salon was partially quiet. I will not be returning. It’s a long time to sit there feeling unwelcome and anxious."

Adam was sure of what he was going to do with my difficult fine and curly/wavy hair within minutes. He was absolutely delightful as well! As was everyone I spoke with.
