"I've only been living here for a month and it's really clear that Coles has enough staff, but prefer to stare at customers in line rather than serve. I understand there's self serve, but if no one is using them, and you have a line of trolleys at express, why not put 2nd member on the till?? I went up to the self service staff (I was the only one using it) and advised her of the long line in express. She walked away so I assumed she didn't hear me. I said it again, and again she walked off. Where's the customer service???"
