At Tooth & Nail, we pride ourselves on being a gender-neutral environment, welcoming individuals from all walks of life, including our friends in the LGBTQIA community. Our appointments are scheduled in 20-minute time slots, ensuring that we allocate the necessary time for each service, which is reflected in our pricing.

When booking your appointment, please remember to select all the services you require to avoid any disappointment on the day. If you're unsure which category your appointment falls under, feel free to give us a call at 02 9516 5213, and our friendly team will assist you.

In addition to our hair care services, we also offer a range of color work, including tints, highlights, toners, balayage, and scalp bleach. Our skilled stylist, Kat, showcases some of her beautiful work on our Instagram page (@kat_leehair).

The health and well-being of our staff is of utmost importance to us. If you're feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. Rest assured, our staff is fully vaccinated and committed to your safety.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If you're running late, please give us a call. However, if you're more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your booking to ensure our stylists can provide you with exceptional service within the allocated time.

Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. For haircut appointments, we require three or more hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so or a no-show may result in a fee at your next booking. For color appointments, a deposit is required, and we ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you're unsure about what to book for your first color appointment or if you're seeking a major transformation, we recommend scheduling a color consultation. This way, you can discuss your hair goals with your stylist, ensuring sufficient time is allocated for your future booking. Consultations can also be arranged through Instagram messaging or a phone call with your stylist, free of charge.
