"I’ve had good experiences before but I’ll sadly not be going back. My very long hair down to my hips and tailbone was cut short where it barely reaches my ribs. I understand I hadn’t cut my hair in over 6 months, but that’s because I was growing it out and mentioned I want to maintain the length. I’m devastated because this took me 2 years to grow out and now I feel very down when I look in the mirror. That’s another 2 years of my life I have to wait for it to get back to that length. I’m so upset. Hopefully she can take this feedback on board if a client comes in with super long hair that needs a trim that hasn’t been trimmed in a while it’s because they intended for it to be this long. Been feeling extremely devastated since and will never be returning or trust anyone else to touch my hair with scissors again. Edit: now that I have styled my hair I can also notice how badly cut the layers are. They are extremely choppy. My hair has never been cut this badly, surely this is a joke."
