The Meatlovers pizza is so delicious, always enjoy it, and also incredible kebab pizza and calzone. Very generous with toppings, crust is always crisp and fresh. "We had been weekly loyal customers of George's since September last year. When the new owners took over, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept going there. Until today when we received a pizza that had huge dollops of bbq sauce on some parts of the pizza and then the rest of the pizza was dry as a bone. I called the shop to give them a chance and passed on feedback and advise that we were going to stop going there based on the quality. The owner then turned around and said it was our choice because his pizzas were perfect and didn't even offer any form of apology until I pointed out that his attitude was atrocious. If we had thought of giving them a second chance, it went away the minute I spoke to the owner of the place"

"I have been a regular customer since 1998 - 20 years! - getting the same order, which Sam lovingly makes me every week, a little bit earlier, cause he is all about care. He makes my favourite, customised to my taste (I love extra sauce, no anchovies, on the Super Supreme!), and it's to die for. What also is to die for is this gentle man's nature, he truly has a big heart and cares. And so does his lovely wife. They are old school. They are a family. They love what they do. They strive to make you happy. They've been taking care of me for 20 years, rewarding me for my loyalty, like I've been rewarding them for their loyalty, and that is why I will always keep going back, and why I will always defend these beautiful people. They are beautiful, and their food is just delicious. "If I could give negative stars I would. The worst fish and chips I have had In 41years. Home delivery costing $57 and we are about to re-order dinner from somewhere else as most of it was not edible. The only exception being a steak sandwich that was at best a 3 out of 10. This was our first experience with Georges on the avenue. My 4 kids normally fight over the fish. All of us took about 2 bites and tipped it in the bin. Including my 5YO daughter who's favourite food is fish and chips said it was disgusting."
