"I ordered direct on their website last night and was told it would take 15mins. When my husband arrived it hadn't been started. No one advised how much longer he'd wait or sorry for the inconvenience etc. Even though there was a man standing around eating pizza and another sweeping the floor. My husband had to wait 20mins for it to be done although our order was placed 35 mins prior. No apology and very average food."
"We used to come here every week when we lived in Narre Warren. Always ordered thin base pizza and was never a problem. This is what we got tonight ordering from here for the first time in a couple of months. Ordered for the whole extended family and nobody could believe it. Left half the pizzas uneaten as they were rock hard. This is not just thin base pizza, there is barely any dough! The garlic bread was also quite inedible. Couldn’t even taste the garlic. Super disappointed and likely won’t return."
