Dark and moody with a dimly lit bar, this would be a great place to go if you were taking a date. The staff were also extremely friendly and attentive. However, I personally thought that the food was pretty mid, especially relative to the pricepoint. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but just not for how expensive it all was. "This is the second time we went to this place as our first experience was nice. The service was pretty good. However it was a bit of let down this time. For its quality, the food is overpriced. The sashimi was fresh but not nicely cut and it’s just your ordinary fish selection. The beef was cooked nicely however there was only 4 pieces in that dish. The duck skewer was nice but nothing special with that price tag. Food is not bad but overpriced."

"Staff were attentive, and the food is amazing. The restaurant decor is really nice and there is a fancy feel about the place to match the food. Modern Japanese at its finest. The beer ice cream seems weird but actually tasted amazing. The best agadashi tofu I have had in years. So crispy and refined. Everything else hit the spot. Will be back again!"
