"I had gotten my hair done here a couple months ago with a senior stylist. I had virgin hair and wanted to do a blonde balayage. My hair health prior was absolutely amazing; it was soft, silky and very long. I asked for money pieces and the service was great. However, when I got into the chair after she had styled and dried my hair, the ends were so dead and i had lost a good 3 inches of hair after we cut it. The blonde was beautiful but the next day, I looked into the light and the front money pieces werent lifted enough and they went so so orange. When I first washed my hair, it was so knotty and so dry and brittle I absolutely hated it. After a solid month dealing with this deadness, I went and got my hair toned back to brown with another salon. It was much softer but I had to cut off even more hair. To this day, my ends are still quite dead and I have to keep doing a trim every 2-3 weeks because of how bad the blonde didn't work with my hair. I didn't want to write anything or leave a bad review as thats not in my nature, but my hair was so extremely healthy and the fact it has gone so dead, I cannot explain my sadness and regret. Now, I have to wait for it to grow all back out again (at least my hair grows fast)."

"Thought I was visiting professional hair salon, but unfortunately no. I got denied from bleaching service because apparently my sample hair strand snapped straight away (it never happened previously when bleached and I’ve been blonder than I am currently). I get that staff is not professional enough to work with clients towards healthy blonde, but just to send a messagge to client that you are denied from service without any treatment plan/suggestions or solutions how to get desired look healthy way is really unprofessional, specially from a salon who offers trainings to other hairdressers. Wish hairdressers would be more interested getting more education from Europe, where hairdressers work with clients individually to get more healthy bright blondes with long hair- yes it’s possible :) But salon looked really beautiful :)"

"I went in for a consultation and was later advised that to achieve to results I want, It could cause damage to my hair due to the condition my hair is in at the moment. I was told to give my hair a rest and come back in 6months. I'm very happy with the professional service of Michael and Grace. I appreciate there honesty in wanting to look after my hair and achieving good results later on when my hair is in better condition. I definitely will be going back when the time is right."

Alex is my hairdresser, he’s an amazingly talented colourist, and most importantly an honest one. Love his work! I've also had Rasha and Emily cut and style my hair so beautifully. This is the salon to visit if you’ve ever had your hair handled poorly at a different salon! Before getting here, I went to two separate salons and these hairstylists were the only ones that could successfully correct and change my hair. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!"
