"This chemist is really good. A big variety of products and medicines. Good customer service at the counter and from staff members. However, when it comes to prescriptions and consulting the pharmacists, some are helpful and suggest ideas of what other possibilities can work, and others barely help. One time, I had to go there two separate days so I could consult another pharmacist who actually gave me another solution to my situation."

"Friendly staff it's the only chemist that wants to fill my scripts for prescribed pain killers in randwick without judgement every other chemist give me grief tell me out of stock or can't be prescribed without doctors number to verify even though it's on the scripts and I pointed it out but only responded sorry we can't approve it"

"Had a script filled for antibiotics here on 13/6 and had no advise provided on how to take the medication or possible side effects. I wasn't asked if this was the first time I was taking the medication which is a requirement when dispensing medicines. It was just handed over to me without any advise or discussion. There was no leaflet in the box containing information about the potential side effects of the medication either. I to research this information myself when I started developing symptoms after taking the medication. Incompetent and negligent. Go to a real pharmacy!"

"Internally this is quite a big chemist but the aisles are somewhat cramped with limited ability to walk directly past someone else browsing in the aisles without getting sideways and getting up close and personal. This might pose some issues for those with mobility issues and/or use mobility aids. This store is always busy and full of customers. They stock pretty much everything you will need and want in a chemist with really low prices. In peak times the wait time for prescription items can take 10-15 minsis, but they give you a buzzer so you can shop for other items whilst you wait for your medication to be ready. A great mix of brands and items. There is a large variety of fragrances at very competitive prices as well."

"I'm posting because some reviews are misleading and outright lies, I've never had my bag searched, if they've seen you stealing then of course you will be searched. The aisles aren't narrow, they're not as wide as a supermarket but there are no trolleys to use anyway, so why would it accommodate the same space? Unless the reviewer is two people wide, on a mobility cart or wheelchair it might seem limiting, but the staff are always helpful in getting an item you might need, the area around and leading to the pharmacist is very spacious, accomodating walkers and people on crutches or other mobility aides, most stores have the same space for 2 people to pass each other as does this. If you are going to critique then be honest or more descriptive."
