"I have ordered gluten free peri peri chicken pizza and I don’t know what they made this time. It’s not peri peri at all. I have paid 30$ for my pizza and got this pizza for that"

"Placed my order at 5:53pm and the app said it was ready at 6:08pm I gave it a good 3-4 minutes sitting in my car before I came in because the app is usually of by a few minutes. Upon coming into the store there was around 9-10 people standing around also waiting for their orders, one employee has their face buried in their phone walking around the front while another is taking phone orders. With that many people standing in the lobby, you would think someone would come and help out with the people wanting to order but no. Anyway I gave them the name of my order and they said it’s not ready and that I was waiting on cheesy garlic bread, except I wasn’t. I watched them place our two pizzas, the cheesy garlic bread box and the garlic scrolls on the shelf where it then sat for 25 minutes while I’m stood there waiting for a regular garlic bread to come through which many did. Finally a member of staff remembered that I existed while they were all running around, he hands me my order which had been sitting there for 25 minutes, he calls my name. Hands me the order that he said wasn’t ready, and I had to tell him that I’m still missing a garlic bread and drink, finally I’m given my order. The boxes are warm but nowhere near hot. In conclusion, sat around for nearly half an hour while my order that was only missing a garlic bread which are coming out of the oven in abundance , order was given to me lukewarm and by the time we’ve gotten home to eat, it’s cold and the garlic bread given to us was sweating. By far the worst experience I’ve had at this shop in a long time. Do better, what a waste of $45 (Note Edit) I payed for extra beef on my pizza and there was in total like 6 individual pieces on the entire pizza. What a joke"

"Being my first time visit to this domino’s. The employee serving me was Vihan, I’ll be honest. He is the best employee of any fast food chain I’ve ever come across. That feeling of a valued customer was delivered with such ease. I’m truly impressed. Give him a raise!!!"

"Ordered veggie pizza for pickup last week and it was not cooked, dough tasted raw..pizza was full of olives but hardly find any other toppings. So disappointed."

"Don’t even want to give 1star. Ordered pizza and there was literally no toppings on it. Veggie supreme without spinach, onions, capsicum ,spring onion ,chilli flakes just crust for 9 dollars and when I went back to store the staff member at reception was so arrogant and showing me the bit of capsicum it has. Even last time there was hair in it I didn’t say anything take it easy but not every-time when you are spending money.I would say very very poor customer service. Never going back again Thanks"
