"I have ordered again since this last post, and i got my pizzas on time, very hot. what i ordered. and the delivery man was very nice and friendly and rang up for me to pick them up out the front!! I waited over an hour and NO pizzas?? My son went outside and they had been on the ground and had gone cold!!! I was on the phone apparently they sent me an sms? I checked they did 10 minutes after they left. they said they knocked on the door. THATS A LIE !! I HAVE 2 GUARD DOGS THAT GO OFF WHEN SOMEONE KNOCKS ON THE DOOR. They refused to replace the cold pizzas! They refused to give me a refund!. This is how you get treated after using the same shop for 10 yrs. And I couldn't really understand the man on the phone very well except that he said no food, no refund!!! And the pizzas were all burnt. And as you can see I had to heat up our pizzas to eat them as they were stone cold."
