"Absolutely brilliant service. Put in an order and had free delivery within the week. On delivery I realised I’d ordered the wrong product. I called customer service and Aoibheann (Evieen) was an absolute delight. She spoke to me to see what had gone wrong and the. Spoke to head office and called me back with a solution. She organised a courier to deliver the right product and pick up the previous order. Called on Monday and they picked up on Wednesday. I will be using this pharmacy again purely because of the wonderful service. Highly recommend. Also a shout out for their excellent environmental packaging that is easy to open and recycle.
