Reviews
"Bento boxes are nice and the serving portions are disappointing for the price. I also recommend the Pork dumplings."
"I've been coming here for a few years and was sad to find the quality of the bento has decreased. Seasoning of the rice doesn't seem as good and I believe you used to have more sides and variety. Even the miso is missing seaweed and tofu. The prawns were bland and iregulary cooked with only one having sauce. Maybe it's cost of living creeping in or a chef change, but the care is gone. This used to be my favourite sushi place in sydney but I don't think I'll come back anytime soon."
"This place is situated in Lachlan’s Village in North Ryde. Generally the environment is quite nice for lunch as you can sit outside and enjoy the park view. We had the wagyu udon and found the broth a bit salty and lacking in flavour. The udon it self was nice and has a great texture. The beef was average and not sure whether it is wagyu. Overall the shop has a nice ambience. I probably won’t return based on this one dish, but might want to return to try their other offerings."
"I loved the chicken katsu . I tried chicken katsu in many restaurants but I liked the one I had here the most. Really delicious. My friend had chicken teriyaki and he was happy with it."
"Was disappointed by the ramen (very bland and tasteless) and sashimi pieces are tiny and square shaped, half the normal size of sashimi everywhere else and not what was advertised. See photo. $13 for 9 half pieces is too expensive, especially compared to the nigiri. Doesn’t really make sense."
