"The customer service is a joke, had been getting my prescriptions here, when stock ran low I asked to be put on a waiting list, I was told “no we don’t do that we would need to hire more staff” the next time I call to inquire, “sorry but we have 200 people down on a waiting list for the medication and they have all left their scripts with us.” I call again, they say the medication will be here Monday morning, I call Monday morning, I get told “no we have no idea when it is coming in you were given the wrong information.” They pick and choose who they want to give prescriptions to, staff are rude and discriminate will never go back."
