When it comes to cheese, we offer Fior di Latte, a semi-soft mozzarella made locally, as well as Buffalo Mozzarella, a soft mozzarella made from water buffalo milk from Campania. Our selection also includes Grana Padano, a parmesan cheese from Emilia-Romagna, and Provolone Piccante, which has a sharp and tangy taste from Lombardia. For those who prefer a softer cheese, our Fontina from Val D'aosta is a perfect choice.
