"Very bad experience while buy something, there was no customer to pick it up but it takes more than 40 minutes to pick up the medicines and there is no seating arrangements too. -> not recommended inside Westfield chemist warehouse which one is on outside, more reliable and service was there is quite good Not recommended if you have something else to do If you want to waste your time must visit this place"

"This is for the chemist perfume store staff, on 15/03/23 around 4pm i asked the staff there were two ladies gossiping and i was there standing for so long and i ask them if there was the perfume available she was so rude like she didnot even watch on my screen i was showing her she straight away said out of stock with so rude voice tone and i was goona ask about getting another one she didnot listen to me, and continued talking with other staff. I wish there was 0 star i could give to her…, worst service ever and i am definitely not gonna return to this store and strongly recommend others tooo that this store customer service is 0"

"Worst experience ever today just now with the lady in a perfume section. She doesn’t know how to approach n deal with customers. We went to buy paco robbane perfume n we didn’t have much idea about that. My sister pointed out the perfume n asked to show but the lady said,’ tell me the name, i Can’t see’ in a very rude tone. Ok in that case she was right but she can’t talk rudely. We tell her the name, she gave us for trial. My sister asked her if there is any other in the same brand but she was like tell me the name, which one. If we know we would have given the name. We just wanted to see if there was any other option of the same brand but she was so rude n showing aggression. So we just left the store as we were so frustrated with her behaviour."

"Absolutely horrible, Left my own bag with some clothes at the security at front letting her know because it's easy to shop. Then when I went for my bag after shopping, she rudely started taking things out of my bag saying I don't know whose is this??? I kept saying it's mine I left it with you. Like I didn't even take that bag in sis!!!! She asked my name and all. What's at problem seriously. I understand that checking bag is a duty of security but not the one I literally left it behind her at the door!!"
