"Someone opened door at 12.30am, disturbing. When asked who was that they showed the same room number key card was provided to them. Is that joke? Dont staffs know which room is occupied or not? This place is joke. This is serious privacy issue."
"Extremely rude staff in gaming room, she was giving dirty looks and questioning about the smallest things. They have no problem taking my money but when it comes to customer service absolute garbage."
"Rooms are old but spacious. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Lots of hot water, bar fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. Unfortunately there shower keeps dripping and the air conditioner remote control had flat batteries.Super friendly staff when checking in. Close to the train station and eateries. Pub underneath the hotel. If the price is affordable I'd stay here again"
"I have been in this place a couple of times, everyone was friendly and I came after Easter I saw a new bartender I asked for his name and he said Hugo, he is very friendly and respectful and he loves interacting with customers and he knows what he’s doing, I had a great experience with this hotel and will return!"
