"I came here after the other hairdresser started to jack up their prices and then closed down. I now won't go anywhere else. They are so friendly and professional. They are competitive in prices and even have make-up services that I have used a couple of times. You won't be disappointed."

"If I could give it a zero I would! I came in for colour and extensions. Being a hairdresser by trade I know what to expect and this salon and their practices are far from it. When bringing a reference pic they didn’t even come close. My money pieces weren’t even mapped out and done correctly. There’s blonde patches where there should be the main colour and it was just poorly done and it’s uneven. Now being I got fashion colours I know how to take care of my hair and how to wash it to avoid it fading out quickly, however after one wash instead of baby pink it was blonde and instead of red it was brown. Far from happy! That shouldn’t happen! As for my extensions, my whole head was covered in triple stacked wefts which they shouldn’t have been triple stacked, my scalp was left with no breathing room on any parts of my scalp, there were extensions placed even on the hair line where it was fragile and on baby hairs causing snapping and breakage throughout my hair. The extensions didn’t even match the colour at all. Not to mention when bleaching my hair they used olaplex as well and charged me $60 for adding it in a small amount when I could have bought a whole bottle for that price. The biggest rip off and so disappointed and I don’t believe these girls are professionally trained or my hair wouldn’t have been hacked to pieces. I think they’re given jobs coz the owner doesn’t truly care about qualifications Even then the company is All about the money and they don’t care about the client."

"I wished I read reviews first before I came to this salon. The hairdresser said only cut $37 so I sat there for her to trim my hair and I mentioned I only need a cut , I don’t need wash or anything, after cutting my hair she blew my hair and did the cut again, after finished the service, she passed me the bill$ 75 and told me because the service had blow dry in it. I was shocked as I thought she needs to check the length so she blew dry my hair. I only requested a hair cut but as soon as you walk in this salon you have to be aware of unexpected charge!!!"
