"The salon manager Venessa is very arrogant towards customers. My first experience went terribly poor with their customer service. I contacted them & talk with Venessa, I explained that I wanted to book with a senior hairdresser; she replied “we are all good” without taking a bit time to explain or at least give me the persons name. She booked me for Friday & when I went there on Friday I was told my appointment was on Thursday not Friday! I assured them that she said Friday! Ok mistakes happen I get that but what really set me off was her attitude, so arrogantly without even looking at me she told that she booked for Thursday and I missed it. ( like I cant tell the difference between days!) not even trying to book me for another time! Her attitude was rude & obviously she is not happy with her job otherwise would have been more friendly towards customers. Im not going there ever again despite the fact I wanted to become a regular."

"Wonderful service and great results! Vanessa did a GREAT job on my vibrant hair, loved hearing the other stylists doubling checking colour choices with the manager to make sure the results are perfect. Always love seeing double checking! Offered a coffee as well Booking online also a bonus as you can make bookings out of hours!"

"I booked in for a hair cut with Vanessa. When I got home I realised my haircut was noticeably uneven. I returned a few hours later and requested that my haircut be fixed. The customer service I received was unacceptable. I was told to sit and wait for 20 minutes while Vanessa continued to blow dry her clients hair, a service that could have waited. I note I had my four month old granddaughter with me, so I asked if I could come back tomorrow and was advised she was fully booked - without consulting a diary. In the end she attended to my hair, which took 3 minutes maximum, and I left the salon with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be attending this salon again nor will I be recommending it to anyone I know. I recommend you provide your staff with training in customer service, particularly with how to deal with returning unhappy clients, they should be dealt with without delay."

"The team at Hair on Marco are the loveliest, everyone went out of their way from the moment I entered to interact and make sure I was comfortable, this being my first visit. I had the pleasure of working with Brooke to complete my colour and cut and she was just the best, she made sure I was 100% happy with the recommendation on colour, cut length and final styling. Highly recommend for any one in the Revesby or surrounding areas, you won’t be disappointed."

She made the whole experience really great, and constantly ensured that I was comfortable. I was recommended products which would help me maintain my hair and keeping it healthy. Adaptable payment options were also provided. Would 100% recommend this salon for friendly, quality service."
